  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely including:

  • All original items in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels attached
  • A copy of your order confirmation or return authorization

To ensure the safety and quality of our costumes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Halloween Props that have been opened or used
  • Hats & Headwear for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective costume? We’ll make it right!

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
  • We may provide a prepaid return label for defective items

International Returns

Since we ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
  • Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
